Refund, Return & Class Cancellation Policy

Product Returns

Because Nyah Beauty products are made for personal care, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of soaps, lotions, scrubs, bath products, or other personal-care items for a change of mind.

Unused, non-sale items that are not personal-care products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. They must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Gift cards, downloadable products, and sale items are not eligible for a return or refund, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as described below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if your order arrives visibly damaged or contains the wrong item. Email hello@nyahbeauty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.

If you discover a product defect after opening or using it, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos and the product’s batch information may help us review it. Please stop using the product if you believe it may be defective.

We’ll review the details and let you know whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Please wait for our instructions before mailing anything back.

Refunds

If we approve a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider. We’ll email you with the decision after reviewing your request.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact hello@nyahbeauty.com to request help.

Gift Returns

Eligible non-personal-care items marked as gifts may receive store credit if the gift recipient contacts us with proof of purchase. Otherwise, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

For an approved return of an eligible non-personal-care item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

For an issue we confirm was caused by damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please do not mail a return until Nyah Beauty has approved it and provided instructions.

Class Cancellation & Rescheduling

Class payments are nonrefundable. If you can’t attend, email hello@nyahbeauty.com as soon as possible. Your credit depends on when we receive your notice:

• 7 or more calendar days before class: Full credit toward another Nyah Beauty class.

• At least 72 hours but fewer than 7 calendar days before class: Credit for 50% of the class payment.
• Less than 72 hours before class, or a no-show: No credit will be issued.

Credits may be used toward another Nyah Beauty class and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If Nyah Beauty cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or full credit toward another class. Sip & Soap requires advance registration and may be canceled if no one has registered by the night before the event. If Nyah Beauty cancels after you’ve registered, you may choose a full refund or full credit.
