You are a caregiver who’s always “on” for everyone else—and you’re tired, stretched, and craving a moment to breathe.

You want to keep showing up for the people you love, but you also know you can’t pour from an empty cup. The problem is, real rest and support feel out of reach: too expensive, too far, or not designed with caregivers in mind. That leaves you feeling unseen, guilty for needing a break, and unsure where to start with your own self‑care.

At Nyah Beauty, we believe caregivers deserve to exhale, be celebrated, and receive care—not just give it. We understand the constant mental load and emotional labor you carry, and we design experiences that are gentle, welcoming, and truly doable for real life.

That’s why we created Caregivers, Exhale – A Self‑Care Circle: a 2‑hour, in‑person gathering where caregivers can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through simple, sensory rituals.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Arrive and exhale – You’re welcomed into a calm, beautiful courtyard space and invited to set a simple intention for yourself.

  2. Create your self‑care ritual – You make a heart‑ or flower‑shaped soap in a custom self‑care scent and experience a soothing hand scrub ritual—no crafting experience needed.

  3. Reset your nervous system – You’re guided through gentle breathwork and given realistic tips from a health educator to prevent burnout and care for your own well‑being at home.

Along the way, you’ll enjoy coffee/tea and light bites from local Newark favorites and connect with other caregivers who truly understand your world.

When you join Caregivers, Exhale, you stop carrying everything alone—for at least one afternoon. You leave with a handmade soap, a simple self‑care practice you can repeat, and the reminder that you are worthy of rest and support, too.

This circle is supported by Newark partners who care deeply about caregivers, including Fern & Fossil Café (coffee and tea) and Brick City Breathes (guided breathwork).
